実験の流れ | Cells are grown in 96-well plates (n = 6) and exposed to CDN1163 (10 μm) or vehicle (DMSO) for 2 h followed by the addition of 200 μm H2O2 compared with untreated controls. H2O2 activates the unfolded protein response and is an inducer of ER stress-promoted apoptosis. After 16 h of incubation, cell viability is measured using Luminescent Cell Viability Assay. |
