The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

製品説明 2-D08 (2',3',4'-trihydroxy flavone) is a cell permeable, mechanistically unique inhibitor of protein sumoylation.
in vitro

2-D08, a inhibitor of protein SUMOylation, enhances the all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA)-induced expression of key genes involved in differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis in non-APL AML cells[1]. 2-D08 inhibits sumoylation by preventing transfer of SUMO from the UBC9-SUMO thioester to the substrate[2]

実験の流れ

Cells are treated for 5 days 2-D08 (50 µM). CD14, CD11b or CD15 expressions are assayed by western bolt or flow cytometry. Morphological changes of cells are shown by May-Grumwald-Giemsa (MGG)-stained.
