製品説明	EdU (5-Ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine), a thymidine analogue, which can be incorporated into cellular DNA and the subsequent reaction of EdU with a fluorescent azide in a copper-catalyzed [3+2] cycloaddition ("Click" reaction) are developed as a method for detection of DNA synthesis. 5-Ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine is an alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker that is applicable to the synthesis of PROTACs.
in vivo	5-Ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU, 5-EdU, 2'-Deoxy-5-ethynyluridine), a thymidine analogue developed for detection of DNA synthesis, was found to slightly increase the number of its positive cells in the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus (DG) in a dose dependent manner in voluntary exercise (running) mouse groups, while significantly decreasing in restraint stress mouse model.
