製品説明 Fenofibrateは、フィブラート系の化合物であり、フィブリン酸誘導体です。Fenofibrateは、EC50が30 μMのPPARαの選択的アゴニストです。Fenofibrateは、CYP2C19、CYP2B6、CYP2C9に対し、それぞれ0.2 μM、0.7 μM、9.7 μMのIC50でcytochrome P450 epoxygenase (CYP)2Cに結合し、これを阻害します。Fenofibrateはautophagyを誘導します。
