in vivo	Nanchangmycin can be used as a growth promotant in poultry and to cure coccidiosis in chickens. This compound is a bacterially-derived natural product that potently blocked ZIKV infection across diverse cell types. It blocks ZIKV entry, as well as DENV infection.
特徴	Polyether antibiotic produced by Streptomyces nanchangensis NS3226.

	実験の流れ	5000 cells were plated in 25ul media per well in 384-well plates. The next day, 50 nl of drugs were transfered to each well for a final concentration of 0.7uM/0.2% DMSO in U2OS. The drug treated U2OS cells were infected with Zika MR766, MOI=0.125 and fixed at 48 hours post infection (hpi).
