製品説明 Silibinin (NSC 651520, Silybin, Silibinin A, Silymarin I, Flavobin)は、オオアザミSilybum marianumから抽出される主要なフラボノイドであり、急性および慢性の肝障害において肝保護作用を示す。
in vitro Silibinin (NSC 651520) is a mixture of two diastereomers, silibinin A and silybinin B, in approximately equimolar ratio. Both in vitro and animal research suggest that this compound has hepatoprotective (antihepatotoxic) properties that protect liver cells against toxins. It has also demonstrated in vitro anti-cancer effects against human prostate adenocarcinoma cells, estrogen-dependent and -independent human breast carcinoma cells, human ectocervical carcinoma cells, human colon cancer cells, and both small and nonsmall human lung carcinoma cells.
