in vitro	ADAMTS-5 Inhibitor protects against IL-1b-induced degradation of proteoglycan and aggrecan in chondrocytes.
in vivo	ADAMTS-5 Inhibitor promotes the in vivo cartilage healing in the osteochondral defect model rats, and prevents the progression of degenerative changes in the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) model rats.

	実験の流れ	Chondrocytes are suspended at a ﬁnal concentration of 1×10⁵ cells/well and exposured to ADAMTS-5 Inhibitor for 1-3 days. CCK-8 is added to each well for cell viability assay. Aggrecan is measured by the dye-binding assay. Proteoglycan is shown by Safranin-O staining.
