Anti-mouse/human/rat CCL2 (MCP-1)-InVivo [2H5] reacts with mouse, human, and rat CCL2, also known as monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1). MCP-1 is a 13 kDa chemokine produced mainly by monocytes/macrophages and is a potent monocyte-attracting chemokine. Anti-mouse/human/rat CCL2 (MCP-1)-InVivo [2H5] has been shown to neutralize the biological effects of CCL2 in vivo.
