	実験の流れ	The CCK-8 assay kit was used to determine cell viability. SH-SY5Y cells are seeded into 96-well plates at a density of 5,000 cells/well with 100 μl of cell medium in each well. Bobcat339 (3 μM) is preincubated with cells for 12 h before MPP+ (2.5 mM) treatment. Then, 10 μl of CCK-8 working solution is added to each well to incubate for about 1 h at 37 C. The wells containing only the culture medium served as blanks. The absorbance value at 450 nm is measured.
