製品説明 Carbazochrome（Adedolon、Adchnon、Adrenostazin、Cromadrenal、Adona、AC-17）は、血液中の血小板を凝集・接着させ、血小板栓を形成することで開いた傷からの血流を止める止血剤です。
in vitro AC-17 (0.1-1 M) reversed the barrier dysfunction induced by tryptase, thrombin and bradykinin without affecting the endothelial permeability enhanced by Ca2+ ionophores such as ionomycin and A23187 or phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate. AC-17 reversed the tryptase-induced formation of actin stress fibres and disruption of VE-cadherin in porcine aortic endothelial cells (PAECs).
in vivo AC-17 is a potent agent that inhibits the severe pulmonary dysfunction induced by the intravenous injection of radiographic contrast media.

実験の流れ

Cells were labelled with [3H]myoinositol for 12 h. After preincubation with 10 mM LiCl, cells were stimulated with 1 µM bradykinin or 10 nM thrombin. AC-17 was included 30 min before stimulation. The [3H]IP3 formed was measured at 30 s after the stimulation.
