製品説明 Cerdulatinib（PRT062070、PRT2070）は、経口活性なマルチターゲット型チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤で、JAK1/JAK2/JAK3/TYK2およびSykに対してそれぞれIC50が12 nM/6 nM/8 nM/0.5 nMおよび32 nMであり、さらに他の試験された19種類のキナーゼも200 nM未満のIC50で阻害します。
