製品説明 DIM-C-pPhOH（C-DIM8、CDIM8）は、核内受容体4A1（NR4A1）（Nur77）アンタゴニストです。DIM-C-pPhOHは、腫瘍の増殖とmTORシグナル伝達を阻害し、アポトーシスと細胞ストレスを誘導します。DIM-C-pPhOHは、ACHN細胞で13.6 µM、786-O細胞で13.0 µMのIC50で細胞増殖を減少させます。
