製品説明	Echinomycin (Quinomycin A;NSC-13502) is a potent, cell‑permeable inhibitor of HIF‑1–mediated gene transcription that bis‑intercalates into DNA in a sequence‑specific manner, thereby blocking HIF‑1α/β binding to hypoxia‑responsive elements and reversibly inhibiting hypoxia‑induced HIF‑1 transcriptional activity in U251‑HRE cells with an EC50 of approximately 1.2 nM.
