製品説明	Endosidin-2 (ES2) is a small-molecule inhibitor that binds the conserved exocyst subunit EXO70 and disrupts exocytosis and endosomal recycling in plant and human cells; in plants, it also increases vacuolar trafficking. In Arabidopsis, ES2 reduces plasma-membrane localization and recycling of PIN2 and promotes its accumulation in intracellular compartments and vacuoles, where it can be degraded. ES2 treatment has also been reported to cause abnormal Golgi and trans-Golgi-associated structures in plant root cells. ES2 is therefore used as a chemical tool to study exocyst function and membrane-trafficking processes, including polarized growth and cargo sorting.
