Epcoritamab is a bispecific IgG1 antibody that targets CD3 and CD20, exhibiting strong T-cell-mediated cytotoxic activity against CD20+ malignant B cells. It is used in the treatment of adults in relapsed or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL), including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma after ≥2 lines of systemic treatment.
