製品説明 Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid（EDTA）は、タンパク質精製で一般的に使用されるキレート剤であり、金属イオンが触媒するタンパク質の酸化的損傷を減少させ、タンパク質精製中の還元環境の維持を可能にし、プロテアーゼ活性を阻害します。また、ジスルフィド結合の形成を減少させ、補体活性化を阻害することもできます。一部の免疫測定法ではタンパク質を保護します。
