1.160mg/ml (2.69mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 80 μL of 14.5 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 470 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

製品説明 EX229 (compound 991) is a potent AMPK activator that is 5-10-fold more potent than A769662 in activating AMPK.
in vitro

EX229 (compound 991) activates AMPK in incubated rat epitrochlearis skeletal muscle and incubation of rat skeletal muscle with it increases glucose uptake. The stimulation of skeletal muscle glucose uptake by this compound is PI3K/PKB-independent, while AMPK-dependent. It increases fatty acid oxidation and glucose uptake in L6 myotubes[1].
