製品説明	Homosalate（HMS、ホモメンチルサリチル酸）は、ほとんどの日焼け止めで使用されている有機紫外線フィルターですが、海洋生物に対して毒性があることが報告されています。Homosalateは、ヒト栄養膜細胞の浸潤を悪化させるだけでなく、PI3K/AKTおよびMAPK経路を含む細胞内シグナル伝達経路を調節します。

	実験の流れ	For EV isolation, 6 × 10⁶ of MDA‐MB‐231 parental cells were seeded per 15 cm culture dish in an optimized number of dishes to obtain 70 × 10⁶, 27 × 10⁶ or 50 × 10⁶ secreting cells. After 24 h, cells were washed 1 X with PBS and 15 ml of serum free, phenol red free Leibovitz's L‐15 were added. DMSO (0.1%), Homosalate (10 μM) or Bafilomycin A1 (100 nM) were added to phenol‐red free, serum‐free Leibovitz's L‐15 medium incubated on cells during 24 h (DMSO and this compound) or 16 h (Bafilomycin A1). The day after, cells were counted and the percentage of cell viability was determined using Trypan Blue.
