製品説明 Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ)は、オートファジーを阻害する抗マラリア薬で、全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）および関節リウマチ（RA）の治療に使用されます。免疫調節作用、抗血栓作用、抗血小板作用を示します。強力な血管収縮薬であるエンドセリン-1の放出を阻害し、in vitroでTNF-α処理した内皮細胞における障害された血管新生を回復させます。また、末梢血単核細胞からのTNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6などの炎症性サイトカインの産生を減少させ、IL-10を上方制御し、血小板凝集を減少させます。
