製品説明	IDH-305 (Compound 13) は、経口投与可能で、変異体選択的かつ脳透過性のイソクエン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ1 (IDH1) 阻害剤であり、IDH1(R132) 変異を標的とし、IDH1^R132H、IDH1^R132C、IDH1^WTに対するIC50値はそれぞれ27 nM、28 nM、6.14 μMです。
in vitro	IDH-305 inhibits HCT116-IDH1^R132H/+ cells with an IC50 of 24 nM.
in vivo	IDH-305 exhibits in vivo correlation of 2-HG reduction and efficacy in a patient-derived IDH1 mutant xenograft tumor model.
