製品説明	IHMT-15137 is a potent, selective BMX inhibitor with an IC50 of 26.97 nM against purified BMX. It occupies the ATP-binding pocket and covalently engages BMX Cys496, inhibiting BMX Tyr566 phosphorylation and disrupting downstream ERK1/2-Cyclin D1/CDK4/6-E2F1 signaling. In SCLC models, it reduces E2F1 phosphorylation at Ser332/337, increases E2F1 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, and suppresses cell proliferation, migration, and invasion while inducing cell-cycle arrest, apoptosis, and DNA damage.
