製品説明	Imiquimod hydrochloride (R 837 hydrochloride)は、低分子免疫応答調整剤であり、toll like receptor 7 (TLR7)の強力かつ選択的アゴニスト、Kiが2.16 μMのadenosine A₂A receptorのアンタゴニスト、およびシスタチンAなどの抗ウイルス性タンパク質を誘導するアデニル酸シクラーゼ活性の阻害剤です。強力な抗腫瘍および抗ウイルス効果を示し、COVID 19、HPV疣贅、伝染性軟属腫、日光角化症、基底細胞癌および扁平上皮癌、ボーエン病、外陰上皮内腫瘍などの疾患に有効です。
