製品説明 KTX-1001 (Gintemetostat) is an orally active and specific NSD2/MMSET histone methyltransferase inhibitor with human NSD2 IC50 of 0.460 (0.040) nM and 2.32 (0.47) nM for the SET domain. It also enhances immunomodulatory and immune-directed therapies in preclinical models of multiple myeloma.
