製品説明 Licofelone（ML3000、化合物3e）は、COXと5-リポキシゲナーゼ（5-LOX）のデュアル阻害剤であり、IC50値はそれぞれ0.21 μMおよび0.18 μMです。Licofeloneはアポトーシスを誘導し、炎症誘発性ロイコトリエンとプロスタグランジンの産生を減少させます。Licofeloneは変形性関節症の治療薬として考えられています。
