製品説明 Lipopolysaccharides (LPSs, Endotoxin, LPS) は、グラム陰性菌の外膜の外層に由来するエンドトキシンである。Lipopolysaccharides は、抗原O特異的鎖、コアオリゴ糖、およびリピドAで構成される。Lipopolysaccharides は免疫系を活性化する病原体関連分子パターン（PAMP）である。Lipopolysaccharides は免疫細胞上の TLR-4 を活性化する。Lipopolysaccharides は細胞のミグラソームの分泌を誘導する。
