製品説明 M12 is a glutathionylation-activated, DCAF11-dependent molecular glue degrader that functions as a metabolic precursor, undergoing glutathione S-transferase (GST)-catalyzed conjugation with glutathione (GSH) to form the active species, GSH-M12. GSH-M12 binds the E3 ligase substrate receptor DCAF11 and promotes the recruitment, ubiquitination, and CRL4–DCAF11-mediated proteasomal degradation of DDX18. M12 is used as a research tool for studies of targeted protein degradation, metabolic (GST/GSH-dependent) activation of degraders, and DCAF11-dependent molecular glue mechanisms.
