in vitro	ML-210 has IC₅₀s of 71 nM, 272 nM and 107nM for BJeLR (HRASV12), BJeH-LT (without HRASV12) and DRD cell lines, respectively[2].

	実験の流れ	36 µL of cell suspension at 28,000 cells per well are added to the assay plates (1000 cells/well), and 4 µL of the medium containing ML 210 are added to the cells. The cells are incubated for 48 hours. To measure viability, 10 µL Alamar Blue solution (50% in growth medium) is added to each well. The cells are incubated for 16 hours, and fluorescence intensity is read.
