製品説明	Nigericin は、Streptomyces hygroscopicus 由来の抗生物質で、K+/H+ イオノフォアとして作用し、細胞からのカリウムの排出を引き起こし、ミトコンドリア膜電位に影響を与えます。また、NLRP3 inflammasome を活性化することでマクロファージのアポトーシスを誘発します。
