製品説明 (−)-Norepinephrine（Arterenol、Levarterenol、L-Noradrenaline）は天然の神経伝達物質およびホルモンです。これはアドレナリン受容体のアゴニストであり、α1、α2、およびβ1アドレナリン受容体に対するKi値はそれぞれ330、56、740 nMです。(−)-Norepinephrineは心筋症の動物モデルを誘発するために使用できます。
in vitro

(-)-Norepinephrine inhibits the production of TNF-α, IL-6, and CXCL2/MIP-2 and promotes the secretion of IL-10 from LPS-stimulated murine alveolar macrophages. This compound down-regulates NF-κB activation in stimulated alveolar macrophages.

in vivo

Injection of (-)-Norepinephrine into senescence-accelerated prone 8 (SAMP8) mice reverses formaldehyde accumulation and this compound deficiency and restored the magnitude of long-term potentiation and memory.

実験の流れ

After plating on to 48-well plates (2×105 cells/well), MH-S cells are stimulated with LPS (10 ng/ml) for 6, 12, 18, or 24 h to select the optimum exposure length. In the second step, cells are incubated with (−)-Norepinephrine (0, 0.01, 0.1, or 1 μM) for 30min and then incubated with or without LPS (10ng/ml) for 6h. In the third step, cells are pre-incubated with BRL (0, 2, 5, or 10 μM) for 30 min and treated with this compound (1 μM) or PBS for a further 30 min, then stimulated with LPS (10 ng/ml) or maintained in PBS for 6 h. The cell culture supernatant is collected and stored at 80 C for cytokine detection. Total protein is extracted from cells for Western blot analysis. The cytotoxicity of this chemical, BRL, and LPS to MH-S cells are measured by CCK-8.
