製品説明 Pemetrexed (disodium heptahydrate)は、チミジル酸シンターゼ、ジヒドロ葉酸レダクターゼ、グリシンアミドリボヌクレオチドホルミルトランスフェラーゼを阻害する葉酸代謝拮抗薬です。また、EGFRエクソン19欠失を有する非小細胞肺癌においてアポトーシスと細胞周期停止を誘発します。
