製品説明	Phosphoramidon Disodium Salt は、生化学ツールとして広く使用されているメタロエンドペプチダーゼ阻害剤です。Phosphoramidon は、ECE、NEP、および ACE 活性をそれぞれ 3.5 μM、0.034 μM、および 78 μM の IC50 値で阻害しました。
in vitro	Phosphoramidon is a powerful inhibitor of thermolysin without inhibiting the other endopeptidases such as trypsin, papain, chymotrypsin. Phosphoramidon reduces tumor cell invasion in CC531 cells.
in vivo	In rats bearing colon carcinoma CC531 xenografts, Phosphoramidon (250 mg/Rat i.p.) significantly reduces tumor cell growth. Intranasal phosphoramidon increases beta-amyloid levels in wild-type and NEP/NEP2-deficient mice, and thus can be use to model Alzheimer's disease (AD).
