製品説明 Pimozide（Orap、R6238）は、ドパミン受容体のアンタゴニストであり、ドーパミンD3、D2、D1受容体に対するKi値はそれぞれ0.83 nM、3.0 nM、6600 nMです。Pimozideは、5-HT1Aおよびα1-アドレナリン受容体にも結合親和性を示し、Ki値はそれぞれ310 nMおよび39 nMです。Pimozideは、抗腫瘍活性を有する抗精神病薬であり、STAT3およびSTAT5の活性を抑制します。
