製品説明 Quinic acid (キナ酸、キニン酸)は、キナ皮、コーヒー豆、その他の植物製品から得られる結晶酸であり、クロロゲン酸の加水分解によって合成的に作られます。
in vitro Quinic acid inhibits NF-nB activity in cells grown in tissue culture in vitro. Pre-incubation of MOVAS cells, the mouse vascular smooth muscle cell line for 2 h with this compound (0.1, 1 and 10 μg/mL) dose-dependently inhibits TNF-α-induced mRNA and protein expression of VCAM-1 and monocyte adhesion. It inhibits TNF-α-stimulated phosphorylation of MAP kinase and NK-κB activation. This chemical inhibits the TNF-α-stimulated induction of VCAM-1 in VSMC by inhibiting the MAP kinase and NF-κB signaling pathways and the adhesion capacity of VSMC, which may explain the ability of this compound to inhibit vascular inflammation such as atherosclerosis. Quinic acids are capable of promoting neurite outgrowth. Treatment of PC12 cells with these compounds instead of NGF induces neuronal differentiation.
