生物活性

製品説明	アナキンラ（Raleukin、AMG-719）は、組換えヒトインターロイキン-1受容体の外因性拮抗薬であり、カスパーゼ-1およびカスパーゼ-9活性もそれぞれ0.201 μMおよび0.31 μMのKiで阻害します。炎症、腫瘍増殖、膵島移植、心臓損傷モデルにおけるIL-1遮断を研究するために使用されます。
