in vitro	Remodelin, via inhibition of NAT10, mediates nuclear shape rescue of LMNA depleted cells by microtubule reorganization, and improves nuclear shape and fitness of HGPS cells. Remodelin may thus provide opportunities for alleviating dystrophic and premature-ageing diseases.
