Romilkimab is a humanized bispecific immunoglobulin-G4 antibody that targets and neutralizes IL-4 and IL-13, effectively downmodulating the inflammatory response. Its treatment significantly reduces thymus and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC) levels in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and significantly decreases the modified Rodnan skin score (mRSS) in patients with diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc).
