製品説明	SAG (Smoothened Agonist) は、Smoothened (Smo)の強力なアゴニストです。Smoothened Agonistは、Shh-LIGHT2細胞において、EC50が3nMでホタルルシフェラーゼの発現を誘導します。
in vitro	Smoothened Agonist (SAG) can counteract glucocorticoids (GCs) antagonism of Shh-driven granule neuron precursor (CGNP) proliferation.
in vivo	Systemic administration of Smoothened Agonist (SAG) prevents the neurotoxic effects of glucocorticoids. This compound can cross the blood-brain barrier to activate Shh transcriptional targets in vivo. At the treatment dose, it effectively prevents GC-induced neonatal cerebellar developmental abnormalities.
