in vitro	This compound is a highly selective covalent inhibitor of Pin1 (peptidyl-prolyl isomerase) due to target engagement and phenocopies Pin1 genetic knockout, with a Ki of 17 nM in Fluorescence polarization (FP) test.
in vivo	This compound induces downregulation of c-Myc target genes, and reduces tumor progression and confers survival benefit in vivo.
