製品説明	Tacrolimus monohydrate（タクロリムス、FK506）は、カルシニューリンホスファターゼに結合することで主にその阻害剤として作用するマクロライド系抗生物質です。この阻害は、インターロイキン-2遺伝子転写、一酸化窒素合成酵素活性化、細胞脱顆粒、アポトーシスを含むカルシウム依存性プロセスをブロックし、さらに免疫抑制、神経再生、神経保護特性も有しています。
