製品説明	Terbutaline Sulfate(Terbutaline hemisulfate)は、53 nMのIC50を持つ選択的β2アドレナリン受容体アゴニストです。
in vitro	Terbutaline is a relatively selective β2-adrenergic bronchodilator that has little or no effect on alpha-adrenergic receptors. The drug has exerts a preferential effect on β2-adrenergic receptors but stimulates beta-adrenergic receptors less selectively than relatively selective beta2-agonists. Terbutaline inhibits antigen-induced histamine release from passively sensitized human lung tissue, which contributes to the clinical effectiveness of the drug during treatment of allergic asthma. Terbutaline also shows competitive reversible inhibition for all BChE variants. The dissociation constants for UU, FF and AA homozygotes are 0.18, 0.31 and 3.3 mM, respectively.
in vivo	Terbutaline appears to have a greater stimulating effect on beta-receptors of the bronchial, vascular, and uterine smooth muscles (β2 receptors) than on the beta-receptors of the heart (β1 receptors). This drug relaxes smooth muscle and inhibits uterine contractions, but may also cause some cardiostimulatory effects and CNS stimulation.
