製品説明	Embibatinib (TERN-701) is an orally active allosteric BCR:ABL1 inhibitor targeting the ABL myristoyl pocket (STAMP). It inhibits native BCR:ABL1 with an IC50 of 0.4 nM, retains activity against the T315I gatekeeper mutation, and is highly selective, with no appreciable activity against >450 other kinases. Embibatinib can be used for the study of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).
