	実験の流れ	72 hours after shRNA lentiviruses infection, MDA-MB-231 cells are treated with 4 mM Thymidine for 18 hours. Release and harvest cells at the time points of 0, 6 and 18 hours, and then determine the cell cycle distribution by FACS analysis.
