製品説明	VX-984 (M9831)は、経口活性な強力かつ選択的なATP競合的DNA-PK阻害剤です。VX-984は非相同末端結合(NHEJ)を効果的に抑制し、DNA二本鎖切断(DSB)を増加させます。in vitroでは、非小細胞肺癌(NSCLC)細胞株を含む様々な癌細胞株において、電離放射線(IR)の細胞毒性効果を増強します。さらに、VX-984はDNA-PKcsの自己リン酸化を減少させます。
