製品説明 YF-2は、ヒストンアセチルトランスフェラーゼ (HAT)の、脳血液関門透過性を持つ高選択的活性化剤です。In vitroアッセイにおいて、YF-2はCBP、PCAF、およびGCN5に対してそれぞれEC50値2.75 μM、29.04 μM、49.3 μMで活性を示します。YF-2はp300の活性も高めます。
