	実験の流れ	Cells are seeded in 96-well plates at 6 × 103 cells/well for overnight incubation. The cells are exposed to irinotecan alone or combinations. Seventy-two hours after drug treatment, cell viability is tested with the MTT assay. For wound fealing assay, cells are seeded in 6-well culture plates at a density of 3 × 10⁵ cells/mL. After growing to confluence, cells are treated with irinotecan for 48 h in DMEM.
