製品説明	Leronlimab (anti-CCR5)(PRO 140; Vyrologix) is a humanized monoclonal antibody to CCR5, blocks breast cancer cellular metastasis and enhances cell death induced by DNA damaging chemotherapy. It is being investigated as a potential therapy in the treatment of HIV infection.

In Vitro
In Vitro	Leronlimab binds CCR5 in multiple breast cancer cell lines, reducing ligand-induced Ca^+ 2 signaling, invasion of TNBC into Matrigel, and transwell migration, also enhances the breast cancer (BCa) cell killing of the BCa chemotherapy reagent, doxorubicin.
細胞実験	Equal numbers of cells were plated, and after 72 h of exposure to the drugs, cells were incubated with 1 mg/mL of MTT for 90 min. The reduced (insoluble and colored) formazan was dissolved in 0.04 N HCl acidified isopropanol and measured spectrophotometrically at 570 nm.

In Vivo	In xenografts conducted with Nu/Nu mice, leronlimab reduces lung metastasis of the TNBC cell line, MB-MDA-231, reducing the metastatic tumor burden of established TNBC lung metastasis.
